BAME FOOTBALL FORUM

Who We Are

The BAME football Forum (BFF) is a partnership of grassroots clubs that have come together to develop a network of support and gain insights into the potential drivers for change. The aim of the forum is to help, promote, support and encourage the development and progression of BAME football, thereby ensuring the broader needs of the football community are met.

We work to establish various discussions on different topics with the objective of disseminating knowledge and developing good practices, which includes working across and alongside Local and National strategies.

Our Values

When working to achieve our aims, we will be guided by our values.

  • Representative – we will strive to be representative of BAME football communities

  • Inclusive – we will work to promote a high standard of equality in the game

  • Empowering – we will entrust BAME members to be the best they can be

  • Diverse – we will advocate for greater opportunities for BAME members in football
